Liqlid

① What is Liqlid?

Discuss carefully, decide carefully

Liqlid is a participatory consensus-building platform developed around the concept of “discuss carefully, decide carefully.” It is a web-based system that supports the full civic participation process end to end: sharing information from government with citizens, enabling citizens to express views, and involving citizens in refining policy proposals together with the administration. By using Liqlid, we expand the doorway to participation, embrace diversity, and at the same time secure fairness in participation and transparency in the process itself.
